General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
The following provisions regarding the conclusion of contracts apply to orders placed with Maison Julie GmbH, Grossmünsterplatz 8, 8001 Zurich (“Maison Julie”). By completing the ordering process, you accept these terms in the version valid at the time of the order. The imprint is part of the GTC.
Prices
The binding prices are stated in CHF. The prices applicable at the time of the ordering process apply. The prices shown are final prices, meaning they include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT).
Conclusion of Contract and Delivery
The ordered products will be delivered once full payment has been received by Maison Julie.
The order confirmation does not constitute a binding guarantee that the ordered items are available or can be delivered. It merely informs the customer that the order has been received by Maison Julie. The contract is only concluded once the products are explicitly listed in the shipping confirmation, which ultimately defines the scope of performance.
All items and prices published in the online shop are considered an offer. However, this offer is always subject to incorrect pricing or inability to deliver.
The contract is concluded once the customer completes the order process and confirms acceptance of the GTC. The order is confirmed to the customer via an automatically generated order confirmation sent to the email address provided.
The customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract if, after conclusion of the contract, products cannot be delivered in whole or in part for reasons not attributable to Maison Julie. In such cases, any payments already made will be refunded by Maison Julie.
The customer may choose either delivery with a flat shipping fee of CHF 9.00 or direct collection at Maison Julie.
Upon handover of the ordered product to the postal service or the customer, Maison Julie’s obligation to deliver is fulfilled. The risk of loss of the ordered product passes to the customer upon dispatch. Maison Julie accepts no liability for errors made by the shipping provider.
Payment
Payment can only be made in advance.

If you are not satisfied with your order from Maison Julie, all purchased products may be returned within 7 days of purchase. The right of return only applies to unworn, unwashed, and flawless items with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box.

Refunds
Any refunds will be issued to the original payment method used, after inspection of the returned goods.
Shipping costs, customs duties, and all other return-related expenses are not covered by Maison Julie and are fully borne by the customer.
Warranty
Upon receipt of the product, it must be inspected for defects as soon as possible. Defects that cannot be detected during a proper inspection must be reported to Maison Julie immediately upon discovery.
Maison Julie guarantees rectification of defects. This will be carried out at our discretion either by repair of the defect or by replacement delivery of a fault-free item.
If repair or replacement fails, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract. This does not apply to minor defects. The customer’s right to reduce the purchase price is excluded. This exclusion of liability also applies to all claims competing with warranty rights.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, consequences of improper handling, damage caused by the buyer or third parties, or defects resulting from external influences.

The content of the Maison Julie website contains neither assurances nor guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, Maison Julie accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of information and materials from this website or through access to other websites via links. Liability for third-party damages is also excluded. Any claim under Maison Julie’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product sold.
Maison Julie assumes no liability for descriptions provided by third parties, in particular customer reviews published in the online shop or on our social media platforms.
Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of this agreement, including this clause, be or become wholly or partially invalid, or should the agreement contain a gap, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Invalid or missing provisions shall be replaced by the applicable statutory regulations.

The courts of Zurich, Switzerland, shall have exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract.
